Total units sold from Jan - May 2010 are up with a slight decrease in sales price and days on the market but an increase in total dollars sold. The area continues to be vibrant and strong in sales in this tough real estate market. Coldwell Banker has an incentive program called "Buyer Bonus" which a buyer can recieve up to 3% up to $8,000 credit at closing on certain "Buyer Bonus" homes.
