New UNCW chancellor excited to take the helm
Miller said “I wanted to come here because this is a world-class university,” Miller said. "What captured my imagination was that this is a university with a soul.” He is interested in becoming involved in the community which is great news to hear. We would love to sell him some Wilmington NC real estate, but with the positon of Chancellor also comes with a beautiful Historic Kenan House which is the home of UNCW's chancellor. It is a 7,500-square-foot Neoclassical Revival dwelling constructed in 1911 and deeded to the university by the Kenan family in 1968. Welcome to Wilmington NC chancellor. We know you will love it as we do. If you would like to purchase a second home :*) search away at http://www.cbbaker.com/ and we would love to help you.
